KPA a student accommodation agency based in Bloemfontein South Africa. Last year and the previous years I had been a tenant under them, in December NSFAS paid out all my outstanding fees to them and my mother had been paying throughout the year since I had been waiting for NSFAS. I then asked for a refund in December and was told it would be made in January since staff is on leave already . When their offices re-opened in January I asked for my refund of 22k and they said by the end of January I would have recieved my refund. End of January I called they sent me a proof of payment , but however I did not recieve any payment I contacted them they said I should wait a bit. Last week Friday I called again asking them about the refund they said the payment lady made a mistake with my banking details so the bank automatically reversed the money and was told I would recieve it between yesterday and Tuesday. It’s Thursday today and no payment has been made , when I send emails and make calls they do not respond nor answer.
