Kreditbee loan!
I am not sure if it lawful or correct to pay "upfront" fees when you apply for a loan!? There customer service is below poor! I feel like I was ****med to pay so much upfront fees just to get a loan, which I did not even receive due to the "loan release fees" being R5000! After I paid R2000 and after that R3500! Everytime I ask about the loan I app**** for I get told that I'll receive it, but then suddenly every time there is a new "fee" which I need to pay! What is the use to apply for a loan just to pay upfront fees, which I had to borrow by so many people and now yet I have not received the loan but now need to pay back people! Kreditbee is not professional and has no communication skills at all!

Been ****med by Kreditbee personal loans
I asked for loan the approved and they told me to click withdrawal in my wallet on app, but first I need to pay R400 for verification. So I paid it (Proof/ evidence) once I clicked withdrawal I get a notification saying withdrawal failed I notified customer service, they told me I made a mistake and asked for an additional R1000, this is when I knew I've been ****med. No loan, no R400. What do I do now.
