Shocking - Carers untrained and Director unwilling to recognize and fix the issues when confronted

Kriel Care Specialists and their carers cannot be trusted. My Aunt was in their care at home after a critical head injury. The carers were not informed of her condition, they did not have the experience to care for her should something else go wrong at home. The carers arrived and gave my aunt a grocery list of what they required to eat. They used her personal belongings as their own. They took 3 hour baths using her bubble bath. They took day naps when we aunt required supervision, as she was a fall risk. She was provided no care at all. They were there to use her stuff, sit and watch TV and sleep. They are there treating owners houses like hotels. When the director was confronted with the issues faced, they said that's not how their people are trained. Every new carer was introduced to my aunt ass having worked with them for years, and when asked one of one, the carers told my aunt they had only worked for Kriel for 3 months. Kriel Care Specialists are ****s and do not provide the services as advertised.
