Mr Govender

3 years ago a month before my son was born and a year of my mother in laws passing my father Anben Govender was involved in a accident that nearly cost his life, he was laying in ICU for 3 months. he had his spleen being removed and his pelvis was injured including his hip bone as well. The doctors stated that it was a miracle that he survived, his medical aid fortunately covered the medical Aid costs whilst in hospital my father up until today cannot even hold his grandson because of the injuries that he sustain. I look after him financial, a colleague of mines by the name of Lorion Fortuin has referred me to Kruger and Pottinger attorneys, witnessing the experience he received and the time that his claim was paid out, I thought that I should give Kruger and Pottinger attorneys a shot and this was after my cousin by the name Keshnie Naidoo whose a attorney as well opted to assist my father with no fees what so ever, as a result I introduced my father to the best attorneys in town, months went by things was starting to look good, everything including doctor's examinations was done, there was a point where it came to proof of income, I had to call my dad's part-time jobs employers by myself, get them to email the attorney's by myself I had to get my dads previous employers details, while completing my day job, which consists of high pressure as I am a retention's consultant I have targets to meet if not my family would not be able to survive. In the month of May 2022, Myself and my dad was invited into RAF's offices whereby we met with an attorney by the name of Aaliyah who made an offer to us, honestly speaking for the injuries that my dad sustained and the pain that he went to, he had his spleen removed , the spleen protects your lungs, during a pandemic whereby the covid-19 virus specifically effects your respiratory system, my father had to live with no organ protecting his most vital organs, myself including my father's grandson could not even go close to my dad because of this deadly virus and he could not make any contact with the outside world for the past 2 months what type of lawyers/ attorneys could not fight for this? even if they did the amount my dad is going to be receiving is not worth it and will never be able to make up for it, nonetheless my dad stated to me that he is exhausted and he is tired and he will just expect anything because he wants this to be over with, imagine 2 years not being able to get out of your house, you can't see your loved ones even when you do there is no contact what so ever. The offer was signed and according to Aaliyah she clearly stated to my dad that the funds would be paid within 180 days, within and not more than 180 days. I have been calling the offices on end to make sure that he would receive the funds within the 180 days, I have been directed to deal with Lebo from accounts and she kept giving me the same feedback over and over again, then I had been referred to Shadae Reddy who suppose to send me an email 2 weeks ago up until today I have not received any email, nonetheless this email was to entail when the funds would be released as payment has been loaded, Today I called the offices again like I do everyday but yet Kruger and Pottinger attorneys will be taking 20% from my dads funds after waiting 3 years 3 long years, Lebo the receptionist states to me that Shadae is in the bathroom and she will call me, like I am always advised everyday, I got highly upset and stated to Lebo the receptionist that it seems to me that Shadae did not send any email to RAF because if she did I was going to be emailed in the email(is this not logical). Lebo stated to me that am I saying she is not doing her job, is it her job to send me an email, for the face of the company to give me an attitude and state to me that my father is not the only case that you guys have, if funds are not received in the next 17 days, I will start seeking help from an establishment that can assist me and treat my dad like his the only client.
