Poor service

Krugersdorp DLTC, very useless they don't even care, they are very rude, on the 10th October 2022, I was supposed to renew my PDP, only to be told that they aren't working because they don't have water, and yet there are people who were let in through bribery, some of us travelled from places as far as Diepsloot, only to be told that we will have to come back tomorrow, they don't even know how to explain the reason why they weren't working, this was very hurtful, an old white man in his 80s even tripped and fell, I had to help him, because he hurt himself, but the security guards didn't even care, PLEASE HELP US GOD, WE DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO REPORT THIS PEOPLE,
