What a disappointment
The staff are rude and unhelpful. Like they do you a favour. They should do everyone a favour and just close down and leave it up to the courier companies to get the results. The couriers deliver with a smile. Absolutely painfull experience. Long time ago that i saw such unwillingness. Served by 3 people and all three same bad attitude

Parcel in Transit from August 2019
Hi I've bought something overseas at Singapore and my parcel was delivered at krugersdorp hub on the 24th of August 2019 its been there ever since no movement of my parcel and I've been waiting more than 6 weeks for my parcel here is the international tracking number LB081166820SG its highly important i get this parcel please help me
