Bad service

Hello Peter I writing to you as a concern and frastraited parent my child was a student at westcol Krugersdorp to cut the long story short this year they dnt have space reason being I dnt know and no body is prepared to give us answers today I went to college the guy by the name of Sipho told us they are waiting for fitback then I ask till when cos everytime we call the college the office line is not answered and I tried his cell phone he told me that his private phone he will answer wen ever he feels like and no one will tell him to answer his phone but my concern is do we really have to go to the college on daily basis spending the last century and receive bad treatment from the admin when I ask him how do we communicate with the college to get information he jst left me talking without answering me. I need to get hold of the principal of that college cos clearly is nt aware of the frustration our children are gng through please help me asap
