I want my diploma

I was studying at Krugersdorp FET were i finished my last semester in 2015 December.I was studying part time as i was full time employed.During my semester of studying i therefore asked since i was currently employed is it possible for me to get my diploma as i have experience and i waa advised No,i had to do my 1year 8 months service training.Fine i understood that was the procedure i had to follow.Come end of my service training i got the forms to apply for my Diploma certificate,which was done 2018 November.At work we were going through a retrenchment whereby i had to have work qualification n school.I called the school to enquire as to how long does it take to get my diploma n they replied it's 3 months,3 months passed nothing.I would called almost every to find out what's the way forward n they would reply by saying "Nothing", I'll request for compass manager,2nd manager none of them would i get hold off.Spoke to Sipho cant recall if his acting manager,6 months passed going for a year.I was given contact details to call the Department of Education,no reply.I was affected during the co**** of this year due to this issue and still is.The most painful part is when i was doing my normal routine of checking if my diploma was there or not and asking when are the graduations only to find out that ,that was the day people were graduating yet I've been asking through the year and it was said they dont know.Please help me get my Diploma,i want it as like yesterday
