Bad experience
Very bad experience with this company regarding a household claim . After months of negotiations, I eventually was forced to settle for less than half of my claim . The underwriters had no intention of paying up and the process was most unpleasant.

We take pride in the way in which we at Kuda represent our client’s interests. We will (of course) never share privileged information on a public platform like this, but would like to invite you to make contact if you feel we have represented you poorly. Insurance claims don’t always go the way we (as clients) like. We would all like insurance companies to pay out every time we suffer a loss, but insurance policies are simply not designed to do that. On the facts presented, we feel that this was an extremely generous claims outcome. Again, we would love to engage if you disagree with this sentiment. Furthermore, we do have a formal complaints process that you are welcome to follow, including the ability for you to elevate your complaint to the Ombud for Short-Term Insurance.
