Good day Acc ****** I have been misled can't pay over R8000 for a system KES not compatible for DC12 TV as mentioned Where should I get that kind of TV means this KES is for mobile charging and 4 lights only Return and refund please or
Misleading information by the distribution team. Resolution needed by client. Wanted KES J300 for light, TV and charging.

KES bad service misleading information including the consultant which failed to give me more information if KES TV is smart TV box compatible since KES TV is not smart.
Resolution: issue TV pay as you go+ licence without Admin fees. Even though it cost me more 2 separate accounts unlike 1 account KES x1000
Wanted KES J300 for lights, charging and TV
Distributor Mistake:He could have recommended KES X1000 that goes with TV or advised me that KES J300 doesn't work for all other TV brands but KES house brand to avoid 2 account and 2 admin fees
