No food in rehab and house of restoration

Owner claims that one is in a rehab where at phase 4 they prepare you to become workfit. They send you to a house in Randburg where you are suppose to work for R15 an hour. At month end they deduct R50 a day for rent and food. When they are suppose to bring the food they say that it is the responsibility of the tenant of witch they already took the money from. There is no help or standby for any of the residents.
