From The 1 Feb 2024 when myself and my wife moved into Elyon Complex in Willowbrook Ruimsig, the house keys that was given is not the correct keys. The electricity app that we were supposed to be loaded on to have electricity was not activated so we can buy power and have power. The toilet is leaking; Doors cant close properly. The Agent Wicus Roberts is making excuses and blame everybody but himself; Partner in business also blame everyone but herself. They never did a pre inspection before we moved in also. This agency are extremely unprofessional and can not manage property's.
