****e power cuts
Y'all this municipality is a joke LOL we have been in ballito for a week, and every ****** day since Monday til now, Friday, the power goes off from 9 or 10am, and comes back on at 3am til 7am. Convenient right lol? Like whatever is easiest for them. Um. So yeah we sit for about 20+hours without power, and helplessly allow our food to waste away while subjecting ourselves to listen to their pathetic excuses as to why there's no power lol it is humorous you guys but eventually it got ridiculous. It's unacceptable. It's December nah, this is planned load shedding. Y'all are useless 😂🤌🏼🤌🏼 invisible 5 stars for Y'all well done

Clarke's Bay
In January 2024 as tourists we visited Clarke's Bay a supposedly prestigious part of Ballito, Durban, on our visit an incident occurred as I came down their famous municipality beach staircase which collapsed from right under me. I sustained injury and the municipality of Kwadukuza refused to take responsibility when their staircase was in much need of maintenance. I cannot believe how reckless and irresponsible they were for not maintaining their staircase let alone taking responsibility for the injuries I sustained. To all those considering to make it a stopover well I would advise not too as they don't maintain nothing and if you do get hurt the onus is on you to foot yr bills. I know one thing is I certainly won't make recommendations for that part of Durban as it's an accident waiting to happen!!!!

I cannot believe how reckless and irresponsible they were for not maintaining their staircase let alone taking responsibility for the injuries I sustained. Worst roads ever in the country “KwaDukuza”
The worst roads in the country. Even gravel roads are better than main road in stanger eThembeni Area. In less than a month I’ve ran over potholes 3 times and had to fix the tyres. It’s so frustrating that we’ve got a government and ward councillors that are oblivious of the poor roads and service we getting. They have the dam audacity to do road blocks on the same road. Im so angry and fed up I hope next years elections will be a break through history in the making EFF or DA as the ANC is just like an old record playing over and over again.

The most useless and *********** municipality in the county
The most useless and *********** municipality in the county. Can never fix anything and electricity outages everyday for hours of end. The lies from the head of the electricity department is mind boggling hey. He doesn't take calls or replies to emails and makes empty promises when you are able to get hold of him and never does anything. Earning a fat salary for doing nothing. Catch a wake up kdm electricity department and kdm as a whole. Darn useless, spineless and pathetic

Lights are out at Kwadukuza
My meter has not been read since January and they don't reply to emails. They estimate my consumption at almost twice what my actual consumption is.....but I suppose with all the load shedding, the only way they can generate their income is to ***** from the paying customers.

Hi.. I tried contacting you guys numerous of times even ur helpline about knowing sum1 who tampered with their meter box and put a direct wire.... but no1 seem to care... so is it ok 4 us to steal power,??? This guy is getting free electricity and no1 doing anything

Scamming everyone for water accounts.... **RIDICULOUS!!!**
Hi there Guys. We must stand together and help sort out this water issues. We haven't even used that much water that they are saying our daily usage is 20k litres for a day. That is absolutely ridiculous. A guy from the water Municipality came to my house, he even confirmed that they were no water leaks. Guys this Municipality is scamming us big time for alot of money. They are expecting us to pay 28k which wasn't anything to do with us. I am sure that alot of households out there are experiencing the same problem. This government is so unfair as well. They are giving free electricity and water to the rural areas which is unfair on our behalf. For all I know, they are probably charging us for their water usage. Guys we cannot stand for this, we need to take this Municipality to higher power. Everything about them is ridiculous. Imagine the government scamming us for high amounts and yet the people of this country say they want to make this country a better place. Absolutely off their heads they are. They are so lazy on the other hand that their customer services are pathetic. How are these people getting the jobs?????? No on knows... Probably contacts you see. No qualification and they're in working for big companies with no qualifications. Country is falling apart so these people must not think they can revive it. My dad is a pensioner on the other hand. How on the god**** earth must he support 3 people in a household plus pay ridiculous amounts for water accounts. Honestly someone needs to sort this Municipality out. Ridiculous people. Let's stand together and stop this scamming process of this Municipality.
