KWANDA AND STANDARD BANK HELL!!!!!!!!!

I had a standard bank access loan which was handed over to Kwanda/Kwande. On the 26th of February 2024 I called them for a settlement amount. The following day 27th of February 2024 that among was paid. I asked for a paid up letter and was told it takes between 7 - 21 days. On the 23rd of March standard bank continued to debit my account. It's 2nd of April 2024 and I still don't have a paid up letter they are "following up on it" and standard bank says the account is still open.
