Swindled prices, got part order, cancelled job!

Oom Twakkies came to me for design work and large format printing to be done urgently. They kept changing goal-posts. I organised a good price for large quantities, and they only ordered 10% of job, but expected it at bulk price? He then proceeded to cancel order and refused to pay for the artwork. So I'm sitting out of pocket, and he refuses to order full order as agreed. Rude, couldn't care attitude. Good riddance Oom, karma is a b*tch!
