KWV False Advertising
KWV at it again. Displaying bottles with competition neck tags advertising a competition to win a car that closed end February 2025. Stop misleading the consumers by false advertising. This was observed at Tops Spar Phoenix KZN today.

KWV False Advertising

KWV Dishonest
On the outset, majorly if shoppers do not read the fine print on a promotional item. Today I purchased a bottle of 3 years old KWV Brandy, because it had a competition swing tag on its neck, only to come home and read the fine print that the competition closed yesterday. I find that both KWV and the store to be dishonest and without integrity. The swing tags should have been removed and judging by the shelf space many consumers bought this item today. Shane on you KWV for misleading their customers. Once a loyal supporter.

KWV Dishonest

2 trays of hooch most of them without gas
I have been drinking hooch for the past 10 years i have made a complain contact the store i purchase the hooch from the still waiting on the rep to come to tbe store i made an official complain at the kwv customer service i gave her tje picture of the tray boxes that the hooch was in an the slip told me the will do an investigation we are in march month i complained in january so that is how we as clients get treated after being clients to them

Ek het die 8 Junie 2020 produkte by Kwv gekoop vir R6230.00.Maandag 22 Junie 2020 het ek vir Kwv n email gestuur en hulle 23 Junie 2020 n email teruggestuur dat alle besendings sal uitgestuur word in die week en ek my waybill nr sal kry.Dis Vrydag 26 Junie en ek het nog niks ontvang.Die dame by kwv se sy het nie die nommer van die mense wat met dit werk nie en kan niks doen of se nie.Ek is teleurgesteld in kwv oor hulle diens en dink dis uiters swak van hulle.Boonop dit verjaar ek die 30 Junie en my bestelling kom nie.Mens is geduldig, wat ek was en verstaan ons tye wat ons in is maar hulle is darm seker nie so n klein besigheid nie.

KWV Brandy really bad customer service
We placed an order on the first of June 2020. We haven't received our order. There is a notification on their website that they have backlog of orders, but no communication towards their customers. We are extremely unhappy about the service received from KWV Emporium. We sent out emails to follow up regarding our order, but have only received automatic replies and nothing more. No information is provided regarding orders. This is unacceptable and unprofessional! We do understand that the pandemic has an impact , but their is other companies who took the necessary precaution for these times and their backlog of orders. They could have handled this better!
