Disgusted Customer

The worst quality bras I have ever bought - no support, no padding, nothing - the advert is extremely deceiving!!!!! DO NOT ORDER!!! I was requested to courier the bras to the same Garsfontein address. This was on 19 December 2023. They promised that as soon as I give them the tracking number, I would receive my refund. I have sent 14 emails (between 19 Dec and yesterday) with no response whatsoever. Courier called me yesterday (8 Jan 2024) telling me that they could not find them and wanted a phone number - nobody has responded to give me a number - so I am close to R1000 out of pocket (bra's plus courier fees) - HIGHLY UNIMPRESSED!!!! Don't know how they sleep at night 😡
