Sale of vehicle under false pretences
Purchased a vehicle from KZN motors *****ulent COC provided Vehicle not road worthy Sold as gray vehicle, registered as silver Owner not interested in rectifying or taking responsibility for any of the issues

06 Mar 2024, 07:49Issues of vehicle and faults started on day 1 of having the vehicle, electrical faults, full service history but false, cam belt went in first 3 days, prop shaft worn, vehicle failed independent road worthy test, the additional warranty sold to is by them is also null and void due to all the above.
