Worst Renting Experience
We had the worst experiences someone looking to rent could have from this company. As a consumer, you have rights (Consumer Protection Act). Never let anyone push you around. My wife has been a victim of this. This was our email to Management: We made you aware that you are in breach of the consumer act and this has been ignored. You are leaving us to live in poor conditions. We have damages at our property which were supposed to be fixed (20 days after moving in) and you are not doing anything about this, why? We do not want your agent to take our parking away from us and we do not want 200 for it. What is the way forward? Your company also owes us for a year's parking at our previous address, where is our money for this? Please let me know how you would like to proceed. I hope you have a great day.

Worst Renting Experience

Renting disaster
I rented a place from them, they never fixed anything, you can complain everyday, they just dont fix anything. Did not come and inspect home when i moved in, but had to pay R450 when i moved out for inspection. Moved out end of February, still does not have my utilities bill for end of Feb. I would not recommend renting from this company as they are not good at all. Belinda

Lack of respect and customer etiquette of KZN PROPERTY GROUP employee's
Bev James from KZN PROPERTY GROUP Margate contacted me Monday afternoon at the last minute, explaining that my property is not listed with them BUT she has a buyer for my property. She said she would come to visit me the next morning Tuesday, to just walk with me through the property and get all the info, she explained she found my listing on various websites and my property is 100% what the wish list of her buyer is. To support her I've send 2 e mails. 1 of all the upgrading's done to the unit and secondly what distinguish my property form all other properties in my street at much higher price. as a better option. I emphasised it that she please MUST double check with the buyer to please NOT waste her and my time. There is NO pool There is no Double garage, there is a cell mast on the bottom of the other erf of my property, and gave her all the relevant info, and show wrote it all down. She clearly did NOT study the info I've sent her and did NOT speak to the buyer. Bev arrived with the "buyer" who was NOT!! the actual buyer. I was in my office when the 'buyer' called somebody else and said it is a beautiful house and awesome view and even took pictures and videos. This is really not acceptable. It is still my private property and HE is not the buyer. Only then, I realised she lied to me. WHY did she NOT when she introduced me on arrival, told me this is NOT the buyer. IF she did, I would have told them all, sorry then NO ONE walk through my house. If you pay this kind of money the lady who will live in the house should at least see the kitchen Bathroom and Storage facilities. It is a security hazard, and it is unprofessional, in fact rude NOT to tell the truth if an agent let people walk through a seller's house without telling the owner this is not the buyer. I am really very disappointed in KZN PROPERTY GROUP and their employee's sales etiquette. One would expect more from an estate agent in these dangerous times we live. I don't feel safe with KZN PROPERTY GROUP, be very, very, alert when you deal with them SA
