Bad Experience - ****my
I assisted my partner in using their services. We confirmed with them before making payment however our booking was cancelled 3 hours after the payment claiming that there were no trucks available for the next day. It then became a chasing game of getting our refund were we were ignored and told lies by Oscar and Buyiswa. Only after involving a lawyer and the whole family calling Oscar the owner, he eventually paid back the money. 10 days after cancellation. We believed in this company so much, and it's unfortunate that they acted so unprofessionally.

L&M Removals
I do NOT recommend this moving company. Poor customer service, delays not communication and I think they have ****** my household goods they have not responded to any of my text in a week. Rather go with reputable brands.

Best moving company in GP
Can't express how helpful Oscar and his team was. We were let down by another company and had to find a alternative moving company at the last minute. They didn't disappoint at all! We didn't even lift a finger. They came in, wrapped all our furniture and within 3 hours, our old house was completely empty. Not only did they move our items safely to the new house, they also helped pack the furniture in our new house in its respective place without any damages. Would recommend them and will definitely use their services again!

Best moving company in GP
Can't express how helpful Oscar and his team was. We were let down by another company and had to find a alternative moving company at the last minute. They didn't disappoint at all! We didn't even lift a finger. They came in, wrapped all our furniture and within 3 hours, our old house was completely empty. Not only did they move our items safely to the new house, they also helped pack the furniture in our new house in its respective place without any damages. Would recommend them and will definitely use their services again!

Unprofessional!
They are unprofessional. The invoice claims that there is insurance for your belongings but they broke my dining room table which retails for R35 000 and now they are ignoring me! I do not recommend this company whatsoever! They shift blame and failed to merely apologise for the broken table!

100% recommend
I honestly have no words. L& M turned a house into a home. They have become like family. I felt so bad at how much they had to work because we have 4 floors. They had a solution for everything we were unsure about. Everything was handled with care. The ladies were a fine touch because they could put together decor. Thank you for being a part of the start of the rest of my life. L & M Removals has my heart ♥️
