Disappointing Stay

I recently had the misfortune of staying at La Orchard Hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill.

Firstly, I was given a completely different room from the one I had booked. This was not only inconvenient but also frustrating, as I had specifically chosen the original room for its amenities and location.

To make matters worse, the shower in my room did not provide hot water, which was uncomfortable and inconvenient. Additionally, the air conditioner was not working, making the room feel stuffy and unbearable.

Overall, my stay at La Orchard Hotel was a disaster. The hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations, and I would highly not recommend it to anyone. The hotel's management needs to seriously address these issues to ensure a comfortable and satisfactory stay for their guests.
