Money taken and no product or refund!!

Ordered two pairs of shoes from them (Christien Vorster/Bredenkamp) on 16 June 2022, and she said it would take 8 to 10 days. Today is 8 Feb 2023, almost 8 months later and i have still not received my shoes or my money back. Never makes contact from her side, every time i ask there is a excuse of the factory has not refunded yet so she cannot refund. 8 months seems way to long for me to get customers their money back for a product you could not deliver, i did business with you, not with the factory you order from!!
