Paid, but no product or refund..

Ordered two pairs of shoes from them (Christien) on 16 June 2022, and she said it would take 8 to 10 days. Today is 15 Feb 2023, almost 8 months later and i have still not received my shoes or my money back. Never makes contact from her side, every time i ask.
