Labour Dynamix, not so Dynamic

Very bad service. Becomes threatening and abusive when asked for updates. Always has a story as to why there is no progress. Blames DOL for everything. Zero progress since August, granted UIF online services hasn’t been working, but my previous employer hasn’t even been contacted to request U19 Form since August, it is now end of October. Blames staff for miscommunications, takes zero responsibility for subpar service.
