I have requested numerous times to be removed from their mailing list and for them to stop spamming me. Yet after many very nice "pleases" and ultimately "not so nice pleases" they just carry on harassing me. Marilize Weitsz - NO is NO! I DO NOT WANT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU! Next time I will take legal action. Please read the so called policies you sell, especially the Harassment Policy as gazetted earlier this year.

Beware of this company...They are driving around the Jet Park, Boksburg area with two employees pretending to be with the Department of Labour. They then demand R380 for a Occupational Health and Safety act poster and also demand to know exactly what the business does and who the owners are. Vehicle Registration is a white Toyota Etios HV 68 WF GP.

I received a promotional email from Labour Law Distributors about labour posters (Basic Conditions of Employment, etc.) in April. They have a website (www.labourlawdistributors.co.za) and a physical address (619 Prince George Ave, Brakpan) which all seemed legit. We ordered 9 posters from them and paid their invoice. The posters were never sent to us. I sent numerous emails and made dozens of calls to the business. At first Lizaan told me that they had a problem with their courier. Later, she said that they are unable to deliver to us, we can come and collect it (Our business is in Witbank). When I requested a refund, Lizaan informed me that they don't do refunds. I requested to speak to the Manager/Owner (his name is JT) but he is never available and Lizaan refused to give me his cell phone number. I sent him emails but he never responded. Our Managing Director decided to go to Labour Law Distributor yesterday. This "business" is a residential house with no signage or any other sign that it is a place of business visible. A lady came out of the house (she refused to give her name), and when our MD showed her our proof of payment and all the correspondence, she said that she told me that she would send the posters to us. Our MD responded by saying that it is now two months later and we still haven't received anything, and that she could just give the posters to him now. She responded by saying that they didn't have stock. Our MD then demanded a refund but the lady refused. When our MD said that he would go to the nearest police station and open a case of theft against them, she said that he must wait, she will make a plan. After about 20 minutes she came back out of the house with the posters in her hand. Somehow they got stock again.

I am very sure that we would have never received our posters or our money if our MD hadn't driven all the way to Brakpan to get it. I don’t know how many other people or businesses have been caught with this scheme, but please be careful. These people are thieves.
