LabourNet - Avoid them at all costs if you actually want HR done...
Where to even start, every time you actually need something done you get completely ignored, when I tried to cancel the agreement for poor service, they refused to cancel until the 12 month agreement was up, even then I am fighting with them to cancel the agreement. While dealing with a CCMA matter the correspondence from them was so poorly managed that I have just given up and accepted the outcome of the CCMA case, as Labour Net has proven they have NO intention of providing a service for which we are paying for. If you are considering their services, look elsewhere. The only time i have actually gotten a response within a few minutes is when I informed them I will be rating their service online. Stay clear of them at all costs.

Compromised System against the Working Class
One of the compromised useless Private Labour Law firms. They are designed to work against the working class irregardless of the merit of cases. Pheladi Thabang is the worst clueless consultant of them all. She is biased, does not listen to the accused always siding with the employer because she has been given a mandate to dismiss even if there are no grounds. She is *********** and inferior but yet given the podium to preside over cases. Nelson Mandela Children's Hospital is the greatest sponsor of injustice through the use of this Private firm designed to work against the working class. Every case is pre determined and dismissal is the order of the day even if the accused is found not guilty and proved

Labournet fails to deliver promised services over a period of time whilst receiving full payment
One of my clients appointed the company to assist with all labor-related issues starting with health and safety to possible CCMA case representation. A lot of promises were made to get the client on-board and a possible 10% of these promises were fulfilled. One of the alleged services that was paid for, were payroll support. Upon requesting their SLA in this regard, evidence was asked from Labournet to proof that the services were delivered...No such evidence could be provided and did we receive a notification of ending ALL services from a lady called Sharon a few weeks after requesting proof of services delivered. Serivces delivered were limited while they received payment for an array of services...I would not recommend any company to make use of Labournet - there are quite a few alternative service providers in this regard.

Labournet and Abrie Bronkhorst *******!!!
Labournet is a disgrace to upholding justice and ensuring due process is followed, Abrie Bronkhorst chaired a hearing bit only went through the motions, he is a puppet and only followed the direction of PPLE to execute a planned dismissal because the Company is paying and what's a specific outcome. No integrity no professionalism. Karma will come for this Company and the consultants that play losely with the law. Time to start sueing them for damages.

This people are far from impartial, ********* and unprofessional. The chair seems like she had a very long night or party way to much the previous night. Cannot even listen to what is said.

My employment was shamefully and dishonestly terminated under the guise of permanent incapacitation, despite a clear medical report stating that I would make a full recovery within three months. Roelien Gerber, who was directly involved in this process, demonstrated a complete disregard for my well-being and the facts presented. Instead of following the medical advice provided, she chose to take a path that reflects poorly not just on her professionalism but also on LabourNet’s supposed commitment to ethical employment practices. This decision was not only unjust but also malicious, showing a blatant disrespect for the truth and a lack of integrity that is shocking for a company that claims to uphold professional standards. It is clear to me that Roelien Gerber and LabourNet prioritize their own interests over the welfare of their employees, and this shameful conduct should serve as a warning to others considering their services.
