Going the extra mile for customers
Niel and his team went the extra mile to support a sale. Even responding to emails later into the evening. The purpose was to avoid a sale in execution that could loose a great deal for the buyer, and the auction would leave a seller having to accept an acknowledgment of debt with an enormous amount. Thank-you for going the extra mile and helping to resolve the outstanding issues. Great compliance with process and requirements.

Labuschagne Attorney-Concerns Regarding Conveyancing Service
We were assigned Debbie Coetzee from Labuschagne Attorneys as the conveyancing secretary to assist with the sale of our property. At the beginning of the process, we received some feedback from her, but communication significantly declined after the new owners had made the payment. Despite multiple follow-up emails and phone calls, responses were either delayed or absent. On the few occasions we did manage to speak with her, we found her to be dismissive and unhelpful, often assuring us that she would respond—yet those replies took several days, if they came at all. The process was unnecessarily delayed due to a lack of flexibility and poor communication. We are extremely disappointed with the service we received and hope this feedback is taken seriously.

LABUSCHAGNE ATTORNEYS are the unwanted gift that keeps on giving!!
I have to say, this is the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to selling and buying a house. Incompetence on a next level! There is so much I want to say but at the end of the day, I just get worked up again. Read the other reviews, all my issues are there as well. What a complete and utter disappointment, and it lasted for 5 months!! LABUSCHAGNE ATTORNEYS are the unwanted gift that keeps on giving!!

Try Labuschagne Attorneys Pretorta if you enjoy stress and sheer incompetence!
Countless delays. Cover ups for incompetent employees. We are in the fourth month and we are nowhere close to the finalisation of the registration of the house. Ignored emails. Ignored calls. If you enjoy stress and being ignored, then Neil and his team are your go-to crew. 4 months and no sign of a breakthrough. If you are looking for that added 5-Star level of incompetency, ask for Debbie.

Incompetent Transfer Attorneys
Wrt transfer of property. Rude ill mannered ladies that does not follow instructions from the client and also their boss. Have to send mails without response! They do not advise clients unless asked about updates. I would not even give them 1 start but there are no options as such.

I have 3 years with the above stated attorney and i am not getting any joy from them. I have a pending case which was suppose to go to court April 2019 and the matter was postponed due to unforeseen. There is a trend of postponing my case every-time when we need to go to court. The matter is postponed for the fourth time, this is literally overwhelming. The communication is very poor, they have a tendency of ignoring emails and i hardly communicate with the attorney because the receptionist is the messenger. My case can be settled out of court yet they dragging their feet. I personally feel they have a problem with people of a different colour. The only thing i need from Mr Labuschagne is to settle my matter before end of October.
