VERY BAD SERVICE @ BOCHUM STORE
I requested a quote from the Bochum store via their WhatsApp line, no one bothered to assist me. The next morning I also called in and sent a follow up text, still no one bothered to assist me even after they promised they will check my WhatsApp. Very disappointed in their service, I will now take my money to Built it, Cashbuild or Fairplay in Bochum area. 😡

I bought the pressure pump from laduma seshego and it gave us problems and when we take it back to the store they tell us that they have to talk to supplier first who is not answering their calls. I hate the fact that they want me to liaise with the supplier but I bought that machine from them. Sis This is a very bad customer service as a bought this from laduma not the supplier. They refuse with the refund and I am really struggling with water. Please assist with the refund. I hereby request people not to buy any electrical appliances from laduma because they are not responsible when the same gives you problems. And there is a lady who is blaming me for this machine not working I don't understand why I am blamed because I was just a customer supporting their shop There is a lady at the back with bad attitude who wants to blame me for that pressure pump machine when it is not working. Now I am going to spend the whole weekend with no water. I have spend more than R10 000 the last few months supporting them now they treat me that way. Even the manager doesn’t help with anything, I don’t understand what kind of a man he is cuz when the supplier deliver bad service to them they just have to cut a relationship with them so that they can save serve their customers with better service. Mxm now I have to search my pocket and buy another somewhere else

I bought the pressure pump from laduma seshego and it gave us problems and when we take it back to the store they tell us that they have to talk to supplier first who is not answering their calls. Laduma hardware Dennilton
The service at Laduma Hardware Dennilton has been appalling, Yesterday I went and quotation and when it was time to pay they said that they won't be able to deliver the goods for a long time which meant that I had to go to another hardware, this afternoon at 11h30 I went to buy paint which took about an hour to finish the whole transaction. When I asked the sales assistants why it took that long no one responded, the Admin manager by the name of Gloria looked at me like I had leprosy. As someone who has started a big project, it means I have to frequent the store but that may not be possible with the current service being offered. Please fix your store

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Celebration one of the Manager's at Laduma Hardware Hluvukani, for assisting me after sending POP on Saturday and she made sure it is confirmed by head office and building material delivered late afternoon even though I was expecting delivery on Tuesday morning, that's what we call best Customer service, as I'm in Joburg and everything was done via phone, I appreciate her effort.

Complain: Extremely BAD customer service by Moloko Motaota at Laduma Bochum
Yesterday, 2024/04/14, I was at Laduma Hardware Bochum to exchange the putty because it was old and dry. The guy by the name of Sidney Moloko 'Bibo' Motaota was rude and told me he CANNOTexchange it because it is open and not full. He was arrogant and sounded like he never attented a customer service session in his life. He claim the Laduma head office staff knows him and there is nothing they can. After talking to other guys at the shop they wanted to replace it but ALL of they were dry. The question is how many people get the same product and cannot return them due to transport cost involved? I belived he is does not deserve to serve your customers, his attidute stinks and does not deserve to work with people. The people of Blouberg deserve much better service than was I experienced there. As long as he still work there I don't think I and people in my circle will step in your shop. He thinks he owns it.
