I placed an order in April 2023, as so many others have. Payments made and have heard NOTHING, even though I have asked per email for follow ups on my order. Now, on their website it says company has liquidated! Which is not a short process.How do you continue to accept orders and payments if you know you are not able to provide the services. How do we get a refund on our orders placed?? So very disappointed and angry! I believe the same person has another online store ?!

I've placed an order on 12th April and have still not received my goods gor an order of over R1400! I've sent countless emails and finally received a response advising they will get back to me....that's over a week ago and I still wait. The Owner is operating another company called Funky Feather which is still open...for how long until she closes that company too!? I just want my monies refunded as I've not received the items I ordered.

I have ordered from Lady Secreto before, the service and quality was good. My latest order however is a no -show. Ordered and paid on 18 April, I queried post seeing a notice of their closure online and got an email response on the 5 May stating the owner Hanri Steyl will come back to me in a week ot two. It is now the 22 May and no feedback. I purchased the goods as a birthday gift... I am so frustrated! Just pay the money back if you can't fufil the order!!!! I can't just forgo R1400 of my hard earned money! Amazing how her other online business funkyfeather.net which sells very similar items to Lady Secreto seems to be operating OK!

I have 2 ordered placed of which I have not received anything. See attached email I received regarding contacting them. Lady Secreto has provided us with information and contact people you can liase with to obtain your refund and to communicate any other order queries. The only number I could get through is the last number in which the man advised me he use to work for them and see what he can do for me. He also said that they are busy with the attorneys and people advising what to do. I just want my money back.

They have been unable to fulfill orders for many months now, but keep accepting orders and monies paid. Following-up gets a person nowhere - just excuses (if any response is received at all). Laying a charge of theft against Chantal Cholwich.

I wouldn't give any stars if I didn't have to in order to write this review. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS. They have been unable to fulfill orders for many months now, but keep accepting orders and monies paid. Following-up gets a person nowhere - just excuses (if any response is received at all). Laying a charge of theft against Chantal Cholwich.

Paid 25 March for an order. Received confirmation of order on the same day. Yet no delivery, made a few follow ups and received different reasons for no delivery made. Received notification 3 May that they are closing their doors and that they cant make refunds. I will open a ***** case as well. They removed their company from FB and there are no further info available.

When I first placed my order I was patient and willing to wait in accordance to what they had said being approximately 21 days for my goods. I then received an email apologizing for the delay because there was a family member that was ill but that my order would be sorted out. Yesterday I received an email stating that the company is closing down and that they cannot do any refunds but will try their best to ensure that their clients receive their orders. I am highly disappointed and spent a lot of money with this company trying to support a local business and I can see that I have been ****med. It's shocking really.

When I first placed my order I was patient and willing to wait in accordance to what they had said being approximately 21 days for my goods. I then received an email apologizing for the delay because there was a family member that was ill but that my order would be sorted out. Yesterday I received an email stating that the company is closing down and that they cannot do any refunds but will try their best to ensure that their clients receive their orders. I am highly disappointed and spent a lot of money with this company trying to support a local business and I can see that I have been ****med. It's shocking really.
