This is a DISGRACE TO THE DEAD PERIOD!!? SCAMMERS, CROCKS,
Ordered stones for my 3 Siblings and my mum, have been taken from pillar to post, had to postpone 5 times, until today No Stones, No money! This people are Scammers and will never get Peace, they will never see Heaven. Hard earned money down the drain, PAID CASH for the stones. What a disgrace to the Dead!! JOHANNES you are a disgrace to humanity. Now the page says PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!!!

Disgraceful/Thieves/Con artist!! Johaness owner of Lala Ngoxolo Tombstones, should not be trusted or supported in business. The amount of pain and regret his bringing to my sister n nephews and the family at large is inhumane. My brother in-laws Tombstone has been laying next to his grave for the past 5 month, and we just getting no help from this Johaness creature. The promises he made when he wanted the money was so beautiful, he truly sold us a dream, that very quickly turned into a nightmare cause now we can not visit my brothers grave in such a condition! We keep calling and keep pleading with these people to please come n fix their mess and up until today no help or apology or something as to when they will do the right thing. I wish I could give them a zero star rating that's how furious and disappointed I am. I want to appeal to as many people as I possible can, to not be scammed by this Lala Ngoxolo Tombstones, they out to take advantage of people who are grieving the loss of their loved ones!

Horrific Service
We entrusted this company to erect a tombstone honoring my late cousin and 8 months thereafter, the tombstone fell apart. We have been promised that the tombstone would be reinstalled in April this year but have received no assistance nor communication from this company ever since. The biggest mistake we have ever made was to rely on this company. Their customer service is appalling and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Horrific Service

This company installed a tombstone for my uncle. Within 8 months of installing my uncle tombstone. It fell over and is lying next to the grave. For the past five months we have contacted them to get this repaired. The tombstone has still not been repaired. This company does not care about their customer or providing quality service. This issue is not being handled with sensitivity or urgency. My uncle was a gentlemen however his grave site does not reflect that. They paid and did not care about the quality of of their work.

These people are absolute scams. Stay far away from them. They will rob you of your hard earned money. They do not care about you or your deseased loved one. The owner Johaness will promise you the moon and the stars until he gets your money, thereafter he will treat you like he is doing you a favor. The most unprofessionally run company I have ever come across. How these people are still operating is beyond me. Their work is not of good quality. I had a tombstone installed and within 8 months, the tombstone is lying next to the grave. I have been struggling for the past 5 months to get them to repair it. They only repaired the foundation and the stone has still not been reinstalled. They kept on inviting me to come and view the new stone, which they have not even started with. The owner is arrogant and extremely unprofessional.
