I sold the lalela trolley inverter to my client and it went dead in 6 months. I was told to sent an email to them( Lalela Retail) which I did 3 times and no response from them. I tried to look for their telephone number which is not listed anywhere. Its very frustrating and now I have a bad reputation with my clients. Lalela is very very very bad for business dont buy anything from them their after sales service is the worst that I have ever experinced. I wish I had listened to the bad reviews about them.

I'm writing another review about Lalela. Their Inverter is third grade and they have no respect for customers. They cannot even refund customers. My last communication with MS Moodley she says they will send people to collect the unit for Assessment. This will be the second time within 3 months that the unit broke down. Asking for my refund I'm being told about their policy. It 8s nowhere stipulated when you purchase the Inverter that if you encounter problems and you wish to return it, you w not be REFUNDED. Day light ******* and I advise people not to buy from this company at all

I'm writing another review about Lalela. Their Inverter is third grade and they have no respect for customers. They cannot even refund customers. I had a nasty experience with the Inverter I bought in December 2024. Within 3 months the unit has broken 2 times. When I requested for a refund the lady by the name Lali Moodley told me they will not refund me. The lame excuse given I could only claim for refund within 30 days after purchase. They have a 12 month warranty policy. How can you ask for refund if something is working. But within 90 days the unit broke 2 times. This company is a **** and the people working there ate unreasonable. How much does it cost them to fix the battery/unit? It can easily be R4000 with is the same price when you buy the unit. If the Inverter breaks every second month, and still within the 1 year warranty the company will loose R24000 in a year. Please Lali and Management of Lalela company refund my money and collect your unit ASAP. I will also expose the company to all social media platforms of the unfair treatment to customers. I have read all the reviews and nothing good is written/said about the company. my money or I'm exposing you.

Bought a UPS for my WiFi and it worked perfectly, no issues, lasted through stage 6 loadshedding no problem. After about 18 months the battery wasn't working anymore, I was disappointed but tried contacting them for help anyway. The team went above and beyond my expectations. Emails were very prompt and within a few days I had a brand new UPS in my home. Very happy with this company!!

Emails were very prompt and within a few days I had a brand new UPS in my home. Very happy with this company!!

Due to a prolonged power outage, my Lalela Inverter Trolley ran fully flat. When the power came back, there was a surge, which blew someting in the inverter. I use this machine to power my CPAP when we have extended power failures, so it is basically a life-saving device. I made contact with Lalela Retail (Lali Moodley) who told me to bring it in, and they will look at it. I took it in and within the same day they came back to me to tell me it has been repaired at no charge. This is above and beyond customer service, as the trolley is 2 years old and out of warranty. Thank you to the team at Lalela Retail for this!

I had an issue with my Lalela inverter that I purchased through takealot and it was still under warranty, as per the warranty I had to contact Lalela directly to let them know about the issue. I sent an email late at night to Lalela and I provided all the documents and information they requested , the very next morning a lady by the name of Sarina had responded to my email and throughout the entire process she has been very helpful , polite and simply amazing and I also would Like to thank Rhys at the Technical department for also going above and beyond in resolving the issue with my unit. I cannot thank you guy's enough , your service is amazing John

I just want to thank Reece and Lali at Lalela Retail for the excellent service provided. I would definitely recommend Lalela Retail for all your inverter/lithium battery needs. I had the same excellent service in August 2023 when I purchased a lithium battery. It is such a welcome surprise. Thank you to everyone at Lalela. Keep doing what you are doing

My Lalela WiFi UPS broke down on 1 March - although it was out of warranty I contacted their help e-mail and was blown away by the fantasic response I received. They sent a courier to collect the device the next day (I am in George W Cape), and 2 days later I received a brand new replacement device. Absolutely amazing service from this organisation!!
