Excellent service. Requested by Title Deeds (Deed of Transfer) at 10:00 and received it 2 hours later. Also I made a duplicate payment, and emailed them about this. I received a response back from Rieka Nagal almost immediately telling me they will refund the second payment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I look forward to doing business again.

I requested a title deed search. The company lists no phone numbers on it's website. They do have a 'feedback' form which I have completed and sent numerous times, I am then told that they are attending to the matter. my emails to them are bounced back as 'undeliverable'. Seems like a SCAM....

My Deeds Search is full of empty promises, they do not honor their stated turnaround time
Do not use mydeedssearch.co.za, they are full of empty promises. I tried to do a person search which they say takes 1 business day, it was urgent so I even paid extra to go to the top of the pile. They happily took my money and then I heard nothing for an entire week! I then received an invoice for my request, I replied requesting a refund as they had not honored their turnaround time, I then received a report showing no information available and still no one has replied to my refund request. Absolutely useless service! Rather register yourself on deedsweb and search the deeds office directly yourself.

Do not use mydeedssearch.co.za, they are full of empty promises. I tried to do a person search which they say takes 1 business day, it was urgent so I even paid extra to go to the top of the pile. Mydeedsearch is a company of fraudsters
The worst customer service i have ever experienced. I applied for a deed search 3 weeks ago, the site promises a 10 day turn around. I have sent enquiry emails regarding progress. To date i have not received any form of communication. When they wanted payment, they were quick on button. When it came to delivery, they are nowhere to be found. Be carefull of this company

I had paid "My Deed Search" the amount they requested to find the information they say they can get for me. And I haven't received anything. On their website, they said the process takes only 1 day. I also paid extra to speed up my process. but nothing. They don't even respond. They don't even have a telephone line on their website. This company/site must be shut down. It's fraudulent. I taking this to social media and all the platforms to warn people. They are ****en crooks!!!!!!
