Lamus designs terrible service after sales when he received your money no service

I Started working with Ashley and in the begging to get my business what great service then the second website the service went down to the extent where i paid him immediately every time its now a month or two I still don't have access to my website that is rightfully mine belongs to me but I cant get any service surely he should update things for me as you should get at least a guarantee on your websites nothing from him and also I don't have access to my own websites totatly atroshes service
