One-way street service
These guys does not seem to know how a two-way street works. When you send them a query, they do not respond, yet they harass you with phone calls. I wouldn't send an email or Whatsapp if I had the time to be on a phone call during working hours (phones not allowed). The least they can do is respond to emails and/or Whatsapps

Paid up my Lendplus account through them as I was handed over it has been over a month and no paid up letter has been issued i keep calling and they keep lying saying they will send and when I contact Lendplus no funds have been allocated…this company needs to be reported and closed down for being unprofessional and ****ming people

Refusing to refund money that was mistakenly paid when they no longer handling the case
I paid money over to Landau in October and November 2024. The amount adds up to R2000 which they had to pay over to Old Mutual. This amount was never paid over to Old Mutual. When i realised this in Feb 2025 i immediately contacted Landau. I have been contacting them on numerous occasions requesting that the money be paid to Old Mutual. I even sent them proof of the payments i've made. Each time i call i am given a different excuse and i am told that the money will be paid. It is now October 2025, almost a year since these payments were made and still nothing. Have they now decided to just keep money that does not belong to them?

Unprofessional people
Unprofessional people answering calls, tell me I must say please before she will help me. Who does she think she is. I did pay the Vermaak outstanding bill, but they never told me that there is costs that I must pay for there work. Then they send you an sms again telling you in the sms its for your Vermaak account, dont lie, Vermaak is paid, say its the Landau acccount !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unprofessional people answering calls, tell me I must say please before she will help me. Who does she think she is. I did pay the Vermaak outstanding bill, but they never told me that there is costs that I must pay for there work. Then they send you an sms again telling you in the sms its for your Vermaak account, dont lie, Vermaak is paid, say its the Landau acccount !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Landau Attorneys, masters of the art of scare tactics and 'creative accounting.' Apparently, I owe R270 for a missed Planet Fitness payment from 2019-2021, which somehow magically increased to R290 after a couple of days. Their phone calls are a mix of extreme persistence and terrible customer service — if you enjoy being harassed by rude individuals who treat you like a walking wallet, this is your place! They apparently don’t believe in email confirmations or documentation, just trust them... blindly. So, if you ever want to pay for a service that might have been from 5 years ago, at least they'll provide the laughs (at your expense) while doing it!" Just a heads-up: make sure you're actually legally responsible for this debt before acting on it.
