For a 1st time customer, I am extremely disappointed with the service I got from LandyTech. I took my car in to get an oil leak fixed and on collecting my vehicle, some covers were not fitted back on the car, I had to wait for them to fit back the covers but I missed 1 extra cover. Just over 2 weeks as I was checking on my car, I realised that another cover was not put back. I called the workshop to inform them of the missing cover, the lady who answered the call advised that I come in and I thought they would put back the cover and I will be on my way....but NO! the boss was not there to authorise the fitment and now I have to wait for the boss to call me to let me know if they have "found" the cover and I will have to drive back again to hopefully get the cover fitted. My main concern is that when I collected my car the 1st time around, there were covers not put back and now I can't drive on dirt road since the missing part covers the engine and dirt will get into the engine and damage the engine. It's Level 1 and I was hoping to drive out of the province but now I can't. I was so looking forward to making LandyTech a new home for my Landy, but with this, I don't think so :-(
