Cancellation and Refund Policy Extremely Unclear The cancellation policy states a 0% cancellation fee for cancellations made 7–30 days prior. However, it does not clearly specify that a voucher is issued instead of a refund. This detail is only mentioned in the fine print of their terms and conditions, and not within the actual cancellation policy where customers would reasonably expect to find it or on the ticket. They have been unwilling to resolve the issue, and their communication is unprofessional at best. Would not recommend.

Ek het my uitstaande balance die 28 Maart. Elke week moet ek bel dat hulle dit weer moet aansit. Elke op roep kom my R100. Hulle sien my betaaling dan sit hulle die dstv aan. Die volgende Maandag is hy weer af ek ek moet bel Nee regtig

Travelled aprox. 650 kilometer to there and back destinations Starting at N.1 Shell Ultra City outside of WCape Town of WORCESTER ZA to Garden Route COASTAL town of MOSSELBAY WESTERN CAPE ZA. Return journey also as mentioned. Excellent safe and experienced driver vehicles in very good condition booking facilities streamlined and quick. Clear successful attempts were being made both ways in order to arrive at mentioned destinations on time. Thank you driver HANNES VISSER and LANGEBERG BUS SERVICE.......... IMPRESSED!

I booked a ticket on the Bloukraanbus to travel to Cape Town via Riversdale for Tuesday the 6th of August 2024. I got the booking details from a virtual business card that read: "BLOUKRAANBUSSIE bookings." I paid in full R460 on the 22nd of July 2024 via Ulanda . I then cancelled in time (7 days before the traveldate)to not have to pay a cancellation fee but here's the catch: I was booked (unbeknownst to me) on the Langeberg bus( which I didn't want to book on in the first place because of past issues). AND they only gave a voucher valid for a year that was NON-transferable. Seeing that I was going to be away for longer than a year,I wasn't going to be able to use the voucher so I asked if they could make an exception forme to transfer the voucher to someone else. They then said I could do it but had to pay another R100 admin fee. I do understand companies have to have cancelation policies but it wasn't printed on their website or Social media pages. It was only mentioned that if one cancelled 7days or longer before no cancellation fee was payable. And it didn't mention ANYWHERE that Bloukraanbussie's bookings are also intertwined with Langeberg busdiens. AND the Bloukraanbus owner was willing to refund me the full amount but couldn't do so because I was booked on the Langeberg bus. Seeing that I cancelled 7 days before they can still fill my empty seat AND have 2xR460 in their bank account plus R100 admin fee for doing nothing. I will never recommend Langeberg busdiens. They are not customer satisfaction driven,but money driven. IF they were prepared to reimburse me they would have had: 1. A customer for life 2. More customers because I would have commended them for making an exception in exceptional circumstances. It's a big NO from me!!

Vriendin van my het n toiletsakkie op n bussie vergeet, die bestuurder wat na die tyd die bussie deurgegaan het, het dit nie aan haar gegee - nou wil hulle n R100 vra om haar eie toiletsakkie terug te kry. En al wat hulle doen is gooi die termes en voorwaardes. Absoluut belaglik!!! Hierdie ouens kyk net hoe hulle n ekstra rand uit jou kan maak!!! Website is ook al weke af so jy kan net via foon of WhatsApp bespreek - en met bespreking word termes en voorwaardes nie gedeel. #RipOff #Swakdiens #Chancers #Uitbyters

Onbehulpsaamheid - Ek het tydens Desember (verlede maand) van Langeberg Busdiens gebruik gemaak. Ek het ongelukkig per ongeluk my baadje op die bus vergeet toe ek die aand by my bestemming afgeklim het. Ek het vroeg die volgende oggend ges***el om dit te rapporteer en hulp versoek. Ek het met die eienares, Hannetjie gepraat. Sy was egter geheel en al onbehulpaam en het my, in soveel woorde meegedeel dat dit my probleem was en nie haar probleem nie. Ek is werklik geskok deur die onbeskofde en onbehulpsame optrede van die eienares wat ek beleef het. Die les in my verhaal :: moenie iets op die Langeberg Busdiens se bus agterlaat en hulp verwag nie......

This is a con. I received instant responses to my emails during the enquiry period. Then I paid. After that I only received an email saying my payment was received and I would receive a ticket...... Then nothing. Emails asking for details and the ticket.... nothing Eventually, on the same email thread as the above, I was asked for my cellphone number. I sent my number and a lady phoned me. Within the first sentence uttered, she asked me what booking I was referring to, what name was the ticket in and what number was on the ticket. Before even asking what date I'd booked for, in fact before I could give any details, she said it was ***** on my side. She repeated this several times. ***** on my side. Someone on my side answered my mails posing as Langeberg bus diens and gave me the wrong bank account. Even though she had just gotten my phone number from the same email thread as the proof of payment email. She became very angry. Never asking me how she could help, could we still get my daughter to her graduation ceremony in Stellenbosch, let's work together on this. A man was suddenly on the phone shouting at me. An unbelievable experience all in all. I have wasted days that I could have used to get a legitimate lift as well as R620. Luckily I didn't pay the return fare as I didn't have enough money yet.
