Horrible customer service. They do not go the extra mile for you!
They’ve decided to leave Paarl early without making sure we are aware. They called the number on my booking, which ended up being a faulty number but had my email address right next to it and did not even attempt to send an email. When my daughter phoned the office number to find out where they were, the owner said: “you missed the bus, tough luck” Book with a company that cares, here you are just a number on a seat.
