Pathetic parking services at Lanseria Airport
I went to the Airport on the 02/09/2025 to pick up my elderly parents in the DROP OFF/PICK UP Zone. I had to leave my car for a few minutes (like 3 mins) to help push the trolly up the incline as my parents are 75+. In those few minutes my car was clamped, and the officials were so rude saying that i needed to ask permission to do this. It is Afterall a DROP off and PICK Up Zone. There is no sign that says you have to remain in your car at all times or ask permission to help the elderly. the officials were like scavengers that waited for me to leave the car and immediately clamped the wheel. The lady at the ticket office was just as rude and there is no reasoning with her. Its not like i was there for chill sake, I was there for a pickup and was there altogether about 10 mins. The signs need to be updated and the officials there need a reprimand. Who do they think we are. My elderly parents required help and we had to pay R500 for this. This is the most ridiculous thing that i have ever encountered and these officials need to be reviewed or removed from their positions.

Top-notch service & parking
Brilliant service we received from them, once again. We have used this service for the past 3 trips we've travelled from Lanseria. This last time we had 4 different vehicles for four different times to pick up and drop off, all of them SEAMLESSLY and perfectly on time! The staff are very friendly & professional and receiving a spotless, clean car, is the cherry on top. Will definitely recommend them!

Top-notch service & parking
Brilliant service we received from them, once again. We have used this service for the past 3 trips we've travelled from Lanseria. This last time we had 4 different vehicles for four different times to pick up and drop off, all of them SEAMLESSLY and perfectly on time! The staff are very friendly & professional and receiving a spotless, clean car, is the cherry on top. Will definitely recommend them!

Car damaged and denial from lanseria parking service
My vehicle was returned to me damaged and with my airbag light turned on. After inquiring about how is was possible for such a situation to occur I am being told that they can't verify where this happened as I left already with the vehicle. However there is no pre or post inspection check performed by the company. It works on a he said or she said scenario, if the employee owns up then you are able to claim from their insurance but if not tough for you as you will need to resolve the matter yourself. This will cost me thousands to repair as I should still ascertain the extent of the damage. I would steer clear of this company and PARK YOUR CAR IN THE LANSERIA PARKING BAY. Do not park with these people as you will need to fork out money afterward in repairs as they will drive your car any way they see fit as it DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM.

Lanseria Car Parking service is a absolute pleasure. They are very efficient, prompt and Professional. Never mind the fact that their rates are very competitive and affordable

Superb Service
Excellent Service from online booking, dropping off and collecting car on my return. Communication throughout the process was superb and my car was cleaned inside and out as an added bonus. Cheaper than parking at Lanseria or getting an Uber for a 6 day trip

Excellent Service from online booking, dropping off and collecting car on my return. Communication throughout the process was superb and my car was cleaned inside and out as an added bonus. Cheaper than parking at Lanseria or getting an Uber for a 6 day trip

Flying from Lanseria airport and can't get a lift or uber service too expensive? These guys give 5 star service every single time. They were perfectly on time. Checked the flights for earlier than scheduled arrivals and throughout the process perfect and punctual communication. Had no issue handing over my car keys to their representatives and getting on my flight. Car was given park superbly clean perfectly on time. The representative meets with you at drop and go parking at Lanseria. And you can just send them a message on your return flight. These guys are super professional and its the most convenient service if you're looking for an easy way to get your car parked and washed at the same time. Felt like a super special VIP with my car already waiting when I got through the terminal. Would definitely recommend and definitely use their services again...

Superb service
I have not often experienced such brilliant service as I had with Lanseria Parking. Ons a very popular and busy long-weekend the team went out of their way to accommodate our request for assisted parking in their facility. Polite, early and friendly are only some of the accolades I have for them. They made our weekend logistics just so much easier. Well done Renee and team.

Superb service

Ons a very popular and busy long-weekend the team went out of their way to accommodate our request for assisted parking in their facility.
