Correctly labelled box contained an inferior product
I ordered an Intel NUC Core i5 via Takealot from Laptop Online. What I received though was the sealed and labelled Core i5 box, but inside was an Intel NUC Core i3 device, with a clearly visible Core i3 sticker stuck on on front. The supplier says it was a genuine mix-up between two orders, but the fact is my device was not retrieved and forwarded to me, and I'm the one getting the inferior product, so I've had to now go through the lengthy Takealot return process. Buyers always need to very carefully vet what they actually receive, especially with refurbished products that are not inside a sealed OEM box. Two stars though for a friendly and quickly response from them via e-mail.

Laptop Online Tech Support Great
Great experience with Laptop Online. Bought two refurbished units, one happened to be missing a license. When I contacted laptop online one of the tech guys (Edward) assisted me and resolved the issue. Really raises one's spirit when there is still good customer service around.
