Poor Judgement and Pathetic Service

Your staff need to learn the art of hospitality. On a day I decide to not dress my Sunday best, and go for coffee, the staff, including the manager decide to all rush over to customers that seem to have on better attire. I then finally got given a menu only to have to wait a very long time for someone to even notice that I'm there. Note to staff, just because I'm not dressed to the nines doesn't mean I'm not worth your time.
