Missing Duvet

On the 4th of July I handed in my Bedding for Washing and Ironing, I didn't receive my white duvet back. Told the owner, her staff member said I didn't hand in my white duvet with the bedding. If I dont call or make an efford to go to the owner she doesn't call to keep me up to date if maybe my duvet was given to someone else. She has security camaras in her shop, she cant even have a look at it to see what happened to my R800 duvet cover?
