Luca/ Yolanda Olivier Is a scam artist that works from a attorneys offices in Ilovo Mues Ross bank.

She uses the offices so that the client can feel comfortable with the transaction only to be scammed by her smooth talking

She stole from us R 277 500 for so called bank gaurentees

There is also a fraud case against her opened in 2017
