Lavev Meubels - Terrible service, full of empty promises Terrible TERRIBLE service. Do NOT order any furniture from them!! Pascal Burger lies and doesn't deliver your orders.

I ordered bunkbeds with extra drawers from Lavev Meubels in November 2023. I made the mistake of paying him the full amount. Initially I was told that the order will take 3 weeks. A month later I started following up on the order, to which I get the reply that they are extremely busy, but I will get my order the following week. Another 3 weeks pass, no delivery. Every time that I enquired, I was told that "it's almost done, the paint is drying" or "it just needs handles", that I will receive it the following week. Which I never did.

After 4 months of struggling to get my bunk beds, I went to the police. When the police contacted him, suddenly he was full of stories that I still owe him money and that he lost all my numbers ect ect. After that he suddenly wanted to make sure what colour the beds should be. (After they told me it was already painted and almost finished....??)

Unfortunately, even after the police contacted him it still took me numerous phone calls and empty promises before getting the bunkbeds. The craftmanship was terrible, the bunkbeds are not sturdy enough and the paint job was done poorly. And, they did not deliver the drawers!!

So the whole process started again by trying to get the drawers out of them. Again, with the same stories and empty promises all the time.

In June I contacted my lawyer for a summons, only after the letter from the lawyer did they follow through on the order and I received the drawers - 7 months after I ordered and paid for the bunkbeds.

Please do not make use of their services.
