No assistance from the law society of South Africa.

I contacted Dipuo B Makondo on the 7th of June for assistance with a lawyer that was acting *********ly. I was sent complaint forms to fill in which I did. Since the 7th of June I have heard absolutely nothing back from her. I would like to know from the law society why is it that the public is not getting protection from ********* lawyers.
