Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Tashriq Ahmed, a suspended attorney, for his ********* and *****ulent conduct.
I engaged Mr. Ahmed's services to assist me with applying for a work permit. Despite charging me a substantial fee, it has come to my attention that he was suspended at the time he provided legal services to me and failed to take any actions towards my application. I have filed a complaint against him with the relevant authorities two months ago.
In a deeply concerning turn of events, Mr. Ahmed has threatened me with repercussions, claiming that he has connections with officials at the Cape Town Home Affairs office who are capable of deporting me. This ************ and abuse of power are unacceptable and have caused me great distress.
I am fully committed to living an honest life in South Africa, which is why I sought legal assistance in the first place. However, Mr. Ahmed's behavior has been nothing short of despicable and has left me feeling vulnerable and exploited.
It has come to my attention that Mr. Ahmed is currently operating from his office at 12th Floor, 8 Riebeek St, Cape Town. I trust that the Law Society will take appropriate action to investigate these serious allegations and ensure that justice is served.
I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response regarding the steps that will be taken to address this grievance.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Yours faithfully,
Syed Ali
