We contacted them for a seasonal treatment for our grass, the grass was fine and green , we wanted treatment for extra food for the grass and **** control
We contacted them for a seasonal treatment for our grass, the grass was fine and green , we wanted treatment for extra food for the grass and **** control. After they treated the grass we do not have green grass anymore, we are struggling to get the grass looks better, it stays yellow. We have two properties and both have the same problem. They do not come back with solutions and ignore my messages and calls. I would definitely not recommend them at all.

We contacted them for a seasonal treatment for our grass, the grass was fine and green , we wanted treatment for extra food for the grass and **** control. LAWNPRO - NOT PROFESIONALS!!!
If you're considering LawnPro, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Their service is anything but professional! Our experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. We faced countless issues, starting with having to redo quotations because their initial staff member was not qualified to do the quote and on top of that, they didn't pitch up for work on the first day. We were instructed to set aside a full two days for the job, only for it to be completed in less than three hours. It felt like they were making things up as they went along. The final straw was when I was contacted to pay for something I had already paid for. I had to convince them to double-check their records, which highlighted their incompetence. It’s clear that customers are just another number to them, with no genuine care or understanding of service. During my last conversation, I pointed out that this was their final chance to turn things around, only to be rudely told to "listen here." The audacity of them to suggest we could "call it quits" after the season treatment was done! I immediately demanded they reimburse me my money on the spot. I kept the owner, Charl, in the loop, but it’s clear that the lack of a customer service culture stems from the top management. This is a brand I would not want to be associated with in any way. Dealing with these palookas is an absolute nightmare. Spare yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere! LawnPro? More like LawnJoke. Avoid this company at all costs! (Never again!)

LawnPro very bad service
Absolutely disgusting service!!! Paid up front and they NEVER pitched to do the work. They make appointments, don't keep me informed that they cannot make it and when I follow up, they just postpone to another date when they again, DO NOT SHOW UP!!!! For such a prominent company it is hard to believe that they do this. I am bitterly disappointed in Lawnpro. Never make use of their services!!!!

Lawnpro really doesn't give a damn about service, only the next big job.
Absolutely shocking customer service and follow up. I spent 20k on new lawn to be installed with the focus being on the shade grass section of the house. The installers where almost impossible to get a hold off. They never came back to check how the install went and the shade grass is totally dead. I have had to call in another service to ask for help to fix the issue. They simply do not care about maintaining the relationships they have with customers. the advise that was given to me was that I should have called and they were happy to come our for another 2k. Do the job properly. Follow up on your work and create relationships with clients. they did none of the above. Shocking, shocking and shocking. I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason other then someone that is actually looking to be let down by a service provider
