I purchased 3 of 4Eva ***** at a show stand and lady confirmed that they have a lifetime gaurantee no matter which breed of dog I have. The ball barely lasted 2 weeks and was completely distroyed. I then contacted them to replace damaged ball as per their gaurantee but was then told that it is impossible for my dog to destroy said ball. They even accused me of driving over the ball to destroy it yet the ball still has a perfect shape. I then send them photo's of 2 x giant sized igloo's a self filling plastic water container that has a large surface and super difficult to distroy and a solid very large plastic ball the dog destroyed. I also offered that the ball is put on independent trial at Onderstepoort and if destroyed they have to pay for trial and if dog cannot destroy it in 2 weeks I will pay for trial. They simply stopped responding and refuse to comply and accusing me of having a vendetta against them!! This to me is completely unprofessional and obviously doing false advertising to sell their product. I have in the meantime bought Boomer ball which have actually lasted for full period of time with no signs of it being damaged like this ball. They should state in their gaurantee that it is only suitable for certain breeds and not charge you R500 for a ball that lasts 2 weeks at most. I have 8 other people having the same problem with them

I bought my 4eva ball for my pit bull. My pit bull had destroyed the ball on his own. He found a weak spot in the manufacturing between the spaces of the holes. I have contacted Nathalie on numerous occasions and have been told this is impossible. However at their shows they have a demo ball which was destroyed by a dog.

I will not support someone who keeps promising me things and meets me with empty promises. This is not how business works.

I am disgusted that someone would use an animal as an advertising mechanism yet when it's for an animal I'm refused or turned down what I was promised me- a life time warranty.

I will no longer be supporting this cause.

I am BEYOND angry and frustrated at this point.
Let me tell you a little story, since I am not having ANY luck with this, and all attempts to contact Laws for Paws, via texts, calls, emails, or their "Dogs Delite" Facebook page - wall posts and direct messages - are ignored or deleted.
Apart from the occasional response to an email or a text message with yet more excuses and empty promises, I can not get hold of the owner - Nathalie Faber.
We bought a 4Eva b a l l for our dogs at WODAC in 2013, and were immensely impressed with how it has lasted in our house with our Labs. We wanted another one, but they never went back to WODAC. Late last year, someone saw them at a show and posted their contact details in a Facebook group I belong to. I said how pleased we were with our b a l l and that I thought it was worth the price of R375/b a l l. I then emailed her from the details on the flyer to ask if I could order one. She responded quickly saying yes, and that delivery was free and so on, and when I mentioned in the Facebook group that I was ordering one, several other people said they'd like to do the same.
BIG MISTAKE.
HUGE.
On Friday December 11th 2015 I sent her proof of payment for fourteen (14) of these b a l ls, a total of R5250, and she used an SMS to say she'd deliver the b a l ls, with an additional b a l l free as I had ordered more than ten (10), sometime the following week.
I didn't hear from her again until January 12th! Not one response from her to any of my texts, calls, Facebook messages, Facebook wall posts, or emails in that time. Not one. She said she'd been in hospital and they'd had production problems and all sorts, and that as soon as she had the b a l ls she'd deliver them - and that she would include a small, additional b a l l - free of charge with each 4Eva ball - as compensation.
A week later I got another email saying her supplier said "first week of February".
Until she emailed me again on February 5th, claiming her supplier had let her down, I had not been able to get hold of her in any way.
The next time she emailed me was February 29th - again with excuses and apologies, with no response to my attempts to contact her in the meantime or since.
Shortly before Easter, I called her number again, and her partner Wayne ANSWERED her phone - TWICE - and took a message saying she was out delivering b a l ls, and he would ask her to call me back - she didn't.

I am quite incredulous. This is not how you do business!

I have been far more patient and polite than I think I have ever been in my life. I have offered to collect the b a l ls - but she will not give me an address. I feel like an idiot because I got money from 11 other people and paid it to her, and she has dropped me every time.

My insistence that she either deliver the b a l ls or refund the money has fallen on deaf ears.

My next step is to go to the police and lay fraud charges. Sadly I do not have copies of the text messages, but I have all the emails and the proof of payments.
