Bad service and just excuses
Company: Layr 3d Anroux Title: Defective Product, No Accountability, No Communication I purchased my 3rd 3D printer from Layer on 1 March 2024, paying cash. Within just 10 days, on 11 March, I reported several issues: The memory stick with software wouldn't extract files The machine would not level The CR Touch sensor kept flashing red On 13 March, I returned the defective printer and was issued a replacement. Unfortunately, by 21 August 2024, the replacement unit also started making clunky noises and printing poorly. I sent the printer in for repairs in January 2025, but received no feedback whatsoever until 1 April 2025 – 3 months later. The owner later claimed he was dealing with family issues and told me I would have to wait another two months before he could even look at it. During this time, I escalated the issue to the ombudsman, but the company ignored all emails and calls from them as well. To make matters worse, I discovered that the printer was eventually s****ped without my consent, and I was left with nothing. This is completely unacceptable. I paid in full for a working product and have received nothing but delays, poor service, and silence. I caution anyone considering doing business with Layer — there is no accountability, and they do not honour their responsibilities. --- Let me know if you'd like a shorter version for Facebook, Google Reviews, or WhatsApp, or if you want to add your name/contact initials to make the review more official.

Exceptional service
Absolutely incredible service from Anroux. I bought a device from them at a very reasonable price. When, after a few days, the device started malfunctioning, Anroux spent days working with me to diagnose the issues and eventually helped me to arrange the return and replacement of the device. I received extremely good service throughout the process and Anroux offered a wealth of advice. I would heartily recommend Layr.co.za to anyone looking to get into 3D printing.

Layr I do recommend
Friendly Service , item i bought was a bit cheaper on another online store but the service i got from Anroux, relating to the product and even helping on a different matter made paying a bit more worth while. Delivery was as fast as a courier company can be. Definitely recommend and will be my go to 3d Store.

Very friendly, good and fast service. And grate product.
WOW is all I can say, When you phone, their is answer or they phone you back, I have placed a order and 24 hours later, 1000km away I got my product, good fast shipping. Price is the lowest I could find and support is a phone call away. Totally recommend this company with a piece of mind. THANKS Layr, what a pleasant experience dealing with you!!!

WOW is all I can say, When you phone, their is answer or they phone you back, I have placed a order and 24 hours later, 1000km away I got my product, good fast shipping. Great experience
I bought a high-value item from their website. The price was very good. Their service was great. I was communicated with about delivery at every step. This was generally a great online shopping experience.
