I placed an order for a couch with Layzee Lounge on December 26, 2024, and paid in full (R8132.50) with the hope that this would expedite the process. The website appeared professional, which initially gave me confidence in their service. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. After numerous emails to their sales and marketing representative, Layla Bux, we only received a response 18 days later informing us that delivery to our location was not possible. She suggested issuing a refund, to which we agreed. After three days of following up, we were finally asked to provide our banking details. Despite promptly doing so, we waited another four days (Response was received on Monday), only to be told that the refund would be processed on Friday. Friday came and went without the promised refund or any proof of payment. To make matters worse, Layla has since ignored our calls, emails, and text messages. The lack of communication and accountability is deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend Layzee Lounge based on my experience. Potential customers should be cautious when considering this company.

Layzee Lounge is a ****.I communicated with admin regarding viewing their sofas. She told me to EFT.Which I did not.I requested location of the factory shop.Only to find there is no furniture shop.These people are ****mers and they have been doing this for so long.I was very disappointed. The location led me to an Indian man's home who called himself the manufacturer. To everyone please be careful.

A month after paying the deposit for my lounge suite, I still did not receive it. After being led on with false problems made by the lady who promised to expedite the order, I finally received the lounge suite yesterday and it is of extremely poor quality. It has a terrible odor which is making me ill. The foam is terrible, it's awfully hard and uncomfortable to sit on. The stitching is skew. The edges are curved and bumpy. The workmanship is really bad. Spoke to Ismail who initially promised to refund me and now they both refuse to refund my money. I told Ismail that I would open a case against them at The National Consumer Council and he said that they would simply change their business name and operate under a different name. It's scary to note how ************ some companies are. It saddens me that the workmanship of the couch is so poor. I really feel hard done in by Layzee Lounge and it appears that I am one of many.

1 star is actually too much Layla in the beginning was great. She rep**** to my online query within minutes and I was so impressed. She sent me the quote for the couch and I made the payment. Here's where the problem started. She didn't even acknowledge the email with my proof of payment. She didn't confirm that payment was received and that theh would start the process of making the couch. So I followed up with her and she said the could would take 8-12 days to be manufactured. I was fine with that. I made the payment for the couch on 23 May 2024 which mean my could should've been completed by 4 June 2024. When that time came she said nothing and instead asked for a pin location so that they can deliver my couch. 10 June came and I still had no couch and no update. Every time I tried to contact her should would not answer my calls or messages. She eventually tells me that she couldn't find a courier and we agreed she would refund me. It is now 28 June 2024 and she still has not refunded me. She's ignoring my call. I spoke to the owner of the manufacturer and he said he told Layle to refund me on 30th May because he knew courier would be an issue. Layla is incredibly unprofessional and lacks accountability. She's playing the victim as if I'm the problem for wanting back the 5k+ that she owes me. DO NOT BUY FROM HER. rather go straight to the manufacturer. Layla is not to be trusted

I have to admit finding a trustworthy company and have great customer service is not something I am used to these days, however Layzee Lounge has been an amazing company to deal with. Layla the sales rep was wonderful, and patient, and extrememly helpful. Ismail the owner was incredibly helpful in getting my lounge suit delivered. Then the actual product itself WOW is all I can say - its beautiful, comfortable and looks amazing - Thank you Layzee lounge you are amazing. As for affordability it was so amazing to get such a great product for such a good price. I highly recommend you give them a shout if you are looking for an amazing Lounge suite.

I have to admit finding a trustworthy company and have great customer service is not something I am used to these days, however Layzee Lounge has been an amazing company to deal with. Layla the sales rep was wonderful, and patient, and extrememly helpful. Ismail the owner was incredibly helpful in getting my lounge suit delivered. Then the actual product itself WOW is all I can say - its beautiful, comfortable and looks amazing - Thank you Layzee lounge you are amazing. As for affordability it was so amazing to get such a great product for such a good price. I highly recommend you give them a shout if you are looking for an amazing Lounge suite.
