'So called undivided loyalty'
Some attorneys don't know the meaning of undivided loyalty. It is with real sadness that I write this review as I am never one to want to be negative and aways want to see that good in people and try to turn around every situation, while accepting what I cannot change. I was a LBF client for years and yet they broke their fiduciary duty to me by taking on the client I was in dispute with. They did not check for conflict of interest, seem to have no system in place that does this and treated me with such disregard and disrespect. No matter how many times I tried to explain that I had placed previous offers on the table, I had numerous times tried to resolve the issue, they disregarded any of my explanations and just threatened me with lawsuits and demanded their client has the final say! I didn't know what to do as they were my 'help' in these circumstances, as well as already with all my private information which is where the conflict of interest and fiducial duty issue lies. Thankfully I eventually got hold of another attorney who guided me through what steps to take. This is a necessary warning to those who are entrusting their lives and circumstances in the 'hands' of a company that failed in their duty miserably. Please be careful who you choose!
